group work!

Yay for groups! Our word is EXTEND.  An interesting word that could be very effective if we use it right around campus.
main definitions:

to be or become extended; stretch out in length, duration, orin various or all directions.

to reach, as to a particular point.

to increase in length, area, scope, etc.

We are thinking about using our letters to extend off the edge of something, or extend upwards.  We thought it might be cool to use an area where they are doing construction, but we don't know of any construction around campus right now. So we are thinking of doing something with the walkway in Corbin, or the glass walkway that connects the art and design building.  Another option we have is using the campanile, because it is the tallest point on campus.
